Dato’ Fam has total 35 years of experience in both professional practice and commercial sector which he held positions prior his practice, as Tax Manager, Group Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Admin / Human Resources Manager, Internal Auditor, Audit Assistant, Tax Assistant and Accounts Assistant.

Dato’ Fam is a tax agent / tax consultant approved by the Ministry of Finance, a practicing certified company secretary and a licensed cooperative auditor approved by the Malaysian Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs.

Dato’ Fam is a Certified Trainer (PMSB) and has been speaking at seminars, in-house training and conferences.

Aruljothi Kanagaretnam AMW

Mr. Aruljothi is the co-founder of FAM Tax Advisory Sdn Bhd, now known as Arul & Fam Tax Advisory Sdn Bhd.

He has been with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia / Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) for about 40 years before his retirement. His last position with the LHDN was a Deputy Director.

He is the past president of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), a tax premier professional body in Malaysia.

Datuk Ng Chin Tuck DPSM

Datuk Ng holds a B. Sc (Mathematics) (Hons) from the University of Malaya. He had served in LHDN for 35 years, retiring in mid-2017. He has 30 years’ experience in Tax Investigation.

He was the Director of Investigation at Branches of Ipoh, Johor Bahru & Kuala Lumpur. Subsequently he became the Director of National Tax Academy Kuching which trains Investigation Officers (IO).

His last posting was the Director of Selangor Tax Investigation. He is still actively involved in resolving many Investigation & Audit cases.
